Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This policy explains what information Fathom collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep things simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the contact form. That includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message you write

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels on this site. We do not set cookies to track your visit.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your message and to continue the conversation if you become a client. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

A few trusted services help us operate this site and receive your messages:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical information such as your IP address and browser type in standard server logs to keep the site secure and available.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from automated abuse. It collects limited browser signals to confirm you are a real person. It does not track you across other sites.
  • Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace stores the email we receive from you in our inbox.

Each of these providers handles your information under their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as they remain useful to the conversation. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Get in touch and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
